Holistic Vision

Natural Healing is about taking control of your life and being responsible for everything that goes in and out of your body, mind and spirit”

I believe my biggest talent is to see magic in all …

I am a strong believer that one can self-heal by Natural Healing. For that, we need to be open and be ready to change the habits that are no longer serving us. I propose different holistic approaches to accompany you in your Self-healing transformation process

I believe that, to self-heal, we need to understand and feel that our body is the temple sheltering our life. I invite you to listen to the sound of your own heartbeat with the “Back to Body” Massage and reconnect physically with yourself.

I believe that, to self-heal, we need to connect with the Nature, the elements (water, wood, fire, earth, stones) with all your senses. I invite you during a Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) to live mindfully in the present with the “Back to Sense” walk.

I believe that to self-heal, we need to reprogram ourselves via affirmations, by visiting mind landscapes helping to relieve that what is no longer serving us (pain, emotions, believes). I invite you to go “Back to Inner Wisdom” with tailored Guided Imagery.

I believe that to self-heal, we need connection with each others, to feel a sense a community and belonging to the human culture. In ancient times, people followed the seasons and gathered regularly at the full moon. I invite you to come “Back to Rhythm” and join the “Moonlight Mingleevents; every month, we celebrate a Full Moon seasonal celebration and New Moon Red Tent, only dedicated to women.

I believe that to self-heal, and heal the Earth, we need to be able to craft our own products free of packaging, use the very best raw materials to nourish our body and develop a knowledge about botanical medicine. I invite you to “Back to Botanical Wisdom” workshops.

… and be a scientist at the same time!

More and more of the traditional wisdoms are being recognised by the scientific community. Medicinal plants and Essential oils are subject to scientific researches (Journal of Ethnopharmacology, European Journal of Integrative Medicine, Phytomedicine, Journal of Herbal Medicine).

Psychological effects of forest environments Shinrin-yoku (forest-air bathing, walking) has been recognised as a method of stress reduction (Morita en al, Public Health, Vol 121, Issue 1, Jan 2007, p54-63).

Stress, may it be anxiety, pollutions, inadequate diet, has been recognised to be the source of many diseases. Stress disrupts the bodies homeostasis and disturbs chemical reactions maintaining the body into balance and even provoke inflammation ( Chovatiya ,Mol Cell. 2014 Apr 24; 54(2): 281–288) . When keeping calm, our body is in Homeostasis. Homeostasis is the bodies ability to maintain health by constantly restoring and balancing the internal environment, even when external conditions change. Homeostasis is the key to good health and the power of adapting and transforming again into balance (Monaghan, Current Biology, Vol 24, Issues 10, May 2014, pR408-R412). In order to be stress tolerant, live longer and better, we need to make what makes us happy, to find “Sense of life worth living, our Ikigai.
